Your main responsibilities start with taking calls from our customers, helping them with their enquiry and ensuring they receive a world class service. Calls can range from balance enquiries to opening a new account for them.
Once you are confident with the elements of the role you will progress through a structured accreditation programme, enabling you to deal with more complex situations whilst developing yourself and potentially your career.
Start date is the 8th January followed by a 6 week thorough training programme
You will be required to work flexibly across the following hours:
- 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday
- 9am to 5pm Saturday
- 10am to 4pm Sunday
- Experience of work within a customer service environment
- Work well in a fast paced environment
- Flexible attitude to support and work within a team
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- You have the ability to problem solve
- Dedicated, professional and committed

We’re holding an open evening on Tuesday 21st November 5.30pm to 7.00pm
It’ll be an excellent opportunity for you to speak to team representatives to find out more about the role, you’ll also get a tour of the area so you can see what our Fantastic working environment is like and then if you’d like to apply you’ll have the opportunity to do this during your session.
You can book a slot to join us in Cooper House between 5.30pm and 7.30pm on the evening.
