With a relatively small and transactional HR team it was their initial contention that to deliver the demanding headcount requirements placed on them by their parent company, “they should double the PSL in order to double their headcount”. Whilst keen to engage with DTCC, MBA understood that the extent of DTCC’s growth plans required a strategic partner rather than a panel of contingent agency suppliers. In November 2013 MBA won a formal I.T.T. to provide an RPO solution and an appropriate EVP strategy to position DTCC as the employer of choice within North Wales.
As a result of the ongoing success of DTCC and its partnership with MBA, the US parent company DTCC extended their UK business responsibility and position within the wider group’s development plans. As a result the initial resourcing plans scope grew considerably to deliver between 300 and 400 FTE per annum, taking total FTE to circa 900.
MBA have also implemented a technology solution that includes ATS, careers microsite and a white labelled testing environment through MBActive. In addition we have jointly implemented a wide ranging EVP plan to support the wider group plans.
